The application process
FIELDS OF ACTIVITY OF INCUBATED FIRMS
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
are newly established companies that are no more than 3 years old
fall under the category of SMEs and are classified as autonomous enterprises according to Law No 346/2004 on the stimulation of the establishment and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as amended
the field of activity in which it operates is related to the specific sector of the business incubator, i.e. the construction sector
they have their registered office or establish a working point in the Centre Region
demonstrate a high potential for development (as evidenced by a business plan
and a credible team of associates and employees)
are not in a state of dissolution, judicial reorganisation, liquidation, insolvency, bankruptcy, compulsory execution or temporary suspension of activity
banking companies, insurance and reinsurance companies, companies principally engaged in trading, investment fund management companies, securities companies, financial intermediation, activities auxiliary to financial intermediation, real estate intermediation and activities of the coal industry are not eligible to be residents of the business incubator
they do not fall into the category of firms in difficulty
